  • Items returned damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used extensively or show signs of wear

  • Final sale or promotional items (unless defective)


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–12 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
